Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote Customer Billing Support Specialist to join our global team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office in Wiesbaden, Germany. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our users regarding billing inquiries, transaction discrepancies, and account management. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer billing inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve transaction disputes, chargebacks, and payment processing issues.
- Assist customers with understanding their account statements, invoices, and payment history.
- Educate customers on PayPal's billing policies, payment methods, and dispute resolution processes.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements related to billing support.
- Stay up-to-date with PayPal's product changes, policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
