Job Description

You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer billing inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account adjustments.
  • Process payments, refunds, and invoice corrections in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and finance, to address complex billing scenarios.
  • Educate customers on billing processes, payment options, and subscription details.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior specialists.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
