Job Description
TikTok is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Content Moderator to join our Trust & Safety team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content across our platform to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and policies. Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content (videos, comments, livestreams) for adherence to TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- Identify and take appropriate action on various types of prohibited content, including hate speech, violence, nudity, and misinformation.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior moderators or specialized teams as needed.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content policies and moderation processes.
- Stay updated on current trends in online content and emerging policy challenges.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
