Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Content & Community Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level, full-time, 100% remote position, perfect for individuals passionate about digital content, online communities, and fostering positive user experiences. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and engagement of our YouTube communities by moderating content, interacting with users, and supporting content creators. While this role is remote, the team operates out of the Birmingham region, UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content and comments across various YouTube channels, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
- Engage with the YouTube community by responding to inquiries, facilitating discussions, and providing support.
- Identify emerging trends, community sentiment, and potential issues, escalating as necessary to relevant teams.
- Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content (e.g., social media posts, forum discussions, help articles) to foster community growth and education.
- Collaborate with content creators and internal teams to gather feedback and inform product improvements.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of community engagement strategies.
- Analyze community metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and content effectiveness.
