Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Remote Chat Agents. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues exclusively through chat-based platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner via live chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or accounts.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product features, service updates, and process changes.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in typing (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
