Job Description

TELUS is seeking a Remote Bilingual Support Specialist to join our customer care team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical and customer support to TELUS clients via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to internet, TV, and mobile services.
  • Educate customers on product features and services, promoting self-help options where appropriate.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with TELUS products and services.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.

  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
