Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Remote Assistant to support a portfolio of creative entrepreneurs. This part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about the startup and creative industries, with a knack for administrative excellence and digital collaboration. You will play a crucial role in enabling our clients to focus on their core creative work by managing their calendars, communications, projects, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Draft, proofread, and format emails, presentations, and reports for external and internal communication.
- Organize and maintain digital files and databases, ensuring easy accessibility and security.
- Assist with social media scheduling and content organization, as directed by the entrepreneurs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, potential collaborators, or market opportunities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports (when applicable).
- Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and communicating updates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with creative professionals, startups, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) or social media management platforms.
