Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to our network of creative entrepreneurs across the UK. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle email correspondence, filtering, prioritizing, and drafting responses on behalf of clients.
  • Perform data entry, organize files, and maintain digital records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with social media scheduling and content organization for various creative brands.
  • Conduct online research on industry trends, competitor activities, or specific client requests.
  • Prepare simple reports, presentations, or summaries based on provided data.
  • Support basic invoicing and expense tracking using Square's tools or similar platforms.
  • Liaise with external vendors or partners as needed for specific projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operation of various entrepreneurial ventures.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
