Job Description

Deloitte is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Remote Assistant to support our internal and external coaches and trainers. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of various coaching and training programs, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills, thriving in a virtual work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual coaching sessions and training workshops.
  • Manage calendar and email correspondence for assigned coaches/trainers.
  • Prepare and format training materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and learning resources.
  • Assist with participant registration and communication for training programs.
  • Conduct basic research to support content development or program improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing support.
  • Provide technical assistance during virtual sessions as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably for coaches or trainers
