Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our network of professional coaches and trainers. This part-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth delivery of client programs, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for coaches and trainers.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other client-facing documents.
- Handle client communication, including email correspondence and follow-ups.
- Maintain client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with invoicing and expense tracking as needed.
- Conduct research to support content development and program enhancements.
- Provide technical support for virtual meeting platforms.
- Undertake other administrative tasks to support the team's efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Acuity Scheduling).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting professionals in coaching, training, or consulting industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
