Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Banner Health in Casper, Wyoming. This is a unique opportunity for qualified international nurses looking for visa sponsorship to practice in a leading healthcare environment in the United States. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and adhering to Banner Health’s standards of excellence. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
- Provide advanced support and education for patients and their families.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure in Wyoming.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency in an acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably Cerner.
