Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Pub & Bar Team Members to join our vibrant team in Augusta, Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a lively environment, and are ready to deliver outstanding service. You will be an integral part of our front-of-house operations, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Immediate start is available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Restocking bar supplies, glassware, and other essentials.
• Adhering to responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in a bar or pub environment is highly regarded.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Reliability and a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work legally in Australia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems (e.g., Micros, H&L).
• Food safety certificate.
• Basic cocktail mixing knowledge.
• Previous experience in a similar role for at least 6 months.
