Job Description
Greystar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee the operations and financial performance of one of our premier residential communities in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a strong background in property management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating exceptional resident experiences. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage a team, optimize property performance, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and rent collection.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Address resident concerns and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and financial goals.
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- CPM (Certified Property Manager) or CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation.
- Experience with lease-up properties or significant renovation projects.
- Multilingual abilities, a plus.
