Job Description

We are actively seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic team in Rochester, Minnesota. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery to produce high-quality food products. We are hiring immediately for all shifts (day, night, weekend) and offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance staff.
• Load and unload materials and products from machines and production lines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Record production data, including quantities, rejected units, and downtime.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related industry.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with quality control procedures and documentation.
