Job Description
We are actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Toronto. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of high-quality automotive components, ensuring that all operations adhere to strict safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform assembly tasks, quality checks, and packaging of automotive components.
- Monitor equipment and processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Identify and report any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automotive manufacturing processes.
- Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.
