Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in manufacturing? Samworth Brothers is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our production team as Production Operatives. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. You will play a vital role in our food production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery and maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect. Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Monitor product quality at various stages of the production process, identifying and reporting any deviations.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment to maintain a sterile environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
