Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Production Operatives to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will be a vital part of our production line, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of equipment and processes that create cutting-edge semiconductor components. This is an immediate start position for individuals eager to contribute to a high-tech environment. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Strong attention to detail, adherence to strict safety protocols, and a commitment to quality are paramount. This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Load and unload materials and products from machines.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate complex issues to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a cleanroom environment.
• Forklift operation certification.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
