Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Production Operatives to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will be a vital part of our production line, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of equipment and processes that create cutting-edge semiconductor components. This is an immediate start position for individuals eager to contribute to a high-tech environment. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate complex issues to maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
