Job Description

Airbus SE is seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operatives to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Hamburg, Germany. Key Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery and equipment in a production environment.
• Perform assembly tasks following technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Inspect components and finished products for quality assurance and conformity.
• Record production data, including completed units, defects, and downtime.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a factory or production environment.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production setting.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training or certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., mechatronics, industrial mechanics).
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology.
• Knowledge of German language basics is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience operating specialized industrial equipment or tools.
