Job Description
We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Raleigh, NC as a Production Line Assembler & Warehouse Associate. Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks using hand and power tools according to detailed work instructions and blueprints.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training provided), to move, load, and unload materials safely.
- Inspect components and finished products for quality control, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Prepare products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
