Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Production Associate at our manufacturing facility in Chicago, IL. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production lines, contributing to the creation of high-quality products that consumers love. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure adherence to company and safety standards.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from production lines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational policies.
• Assist with the packaging, labeling, and palletizing of finished products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.

Required Skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
