Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is open to international candidates requiring visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments that meet defined objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps and detailed requirements.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience with product backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience with large-scale, enterprise-level product development.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
• Experience working on products within cloud computing, AI/ML, or large-scale data platforms.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Prior experience in a global technology company.
