Key Responsibilities

• Assist medical staff with non-clinical tasks, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
• Observe patient interactions, clinical examinations, and procedures under strict supervision.
• Support administrative duties, including organizing patient records and managing supplies.
• Participate in educational sessions, workshops, and grand rounds.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Engage with patients and families in a supportive and respectful manner.
• Conduct literature reviews and assist with minor research projects as opportunities arise.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate pre-medical program.
• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated passion for medicine and patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior volunteer or shadowing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• CPR certification (Basic Life Support).
