Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven PPC Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi. This crucial role involves developing, implementing, and managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and revenue for our luxury resort and casino properties. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and selection to optimize campaign performance and reach target audiences effectively.
  • Create compelling, high-converting ad copy and collaborate with the design team to ensure optimal landing page experiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Manage bid strategies and budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve efficiency and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, industry best practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, including SEO, content, and design, to ensure integrated and cohesive digital strategies.
  • Ensure all advertising campaigns comply with brand guidelines and regulatory advertising policies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Google Analytics for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research tools and techniques, along with competitor analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging, persuasive ad copy and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
  • Solid understanding of broader digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English for effective collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) and other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
