Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Part-Time Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic logistics team in Dublin, Ohio. In this role, you will be an integral part of our distribution center operations, responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure products are accurately received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and safe warehouse, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of merchandise.
• Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards and deadlines.
• Load outgoing trucks with prepared shipments, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement.
• Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Perform quality checks on merchandise to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
