Job Description
Join Marks & Spencer as a Part-Time Retail Stock Associate and become a vital part of our store operations in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our sales floor is consistently stocked, organized, and ready for our customers. You will manage incoming deliveries, process merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory records, directly contributing to a seamless shopping experience and efficient store management. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring items are stored safely and logically.
- Replenish sales floor inventory from the stockroom as needed to maintain product availability.
- Assist with inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and displayed according to company standards.
- Support store teams during peak trading periods and sales events.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and store policies.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to identify and address stock needs.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
