Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Part-Time Retail Stock Associate to join our vibrant team in Manchester. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate, and supporting the sales floor to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing shopping environment. This position is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and process incoming deliveries efficiently and accurately.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring items are stored safely and logically.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and audits.
  • Replenish sales floor stock promptly to support customer demand and store presentation.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items.
  • Support the sales team with product location and retrieval.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy stockroom and back-of-house areas.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a retail stockroom or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes, and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems for stock management.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
