Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as a Packaging Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in manufacturing, with paid training provided. As a Packaging Operator, you will be a vital part of ensuring our delicious products are packed efficiently and meet our high-quality standards before reaching our customers. You will work in a fast-paced factory environment, contributing directly to the production of beloved Cadbury chocolates. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitor the quality of packaged products, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Load raw materials into packaging machines and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Perform routine checks and minor adjustments to equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and troubleshoot issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
