Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Order Tracking Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position based out of Wiesbaden, Germany, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and resolving issues related to customer orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to address any discrepancies, update order statuses, and provide timely information to maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track the status of customer orders from placement to delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and delivery issues.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status updates and potential delays.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Update order tracking systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare reports on order status, tracking performance, and common issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
