Join the FedEx Ground team in Memphis, TN, as an Order Selector! Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pick orders from designated locations within the warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently after training
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and other order details to ensure accuracy
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience operating basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift – certification not required for application but beneficial for future growth)
