Pearle Vision is seeking a passionate and skilled Optometrist to join our established practice in Naperville, Illinois. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat ocular diseases and conditions.
- Prescribe corrective lenses, including eyeglasses and contact lenses, based on patient needs.
- Manage a diverse patient base, from children to seniors, providing personalized care.
- Educate patients on proper eye care, contact lens handling, and eyewear options.
- Refer patients to ophthalmologists or other medical specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with optical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Stay informed about advancements in optometry and participate in continuing education.
Required Skills
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current and unrestricted Optometry license in the state of Illinois (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
