Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Service Desk Assistant to join our team in Belconnen, ACT. As an Online Service Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external clients seeking technical assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for software and hardware issues.
