Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for organic engagement and initiate conversations that build brand affinity and loyalty.
- Collaborate with content creators and strategists to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Assist in the scheduling and publishing of social media content across platforms.
- Track and report on online engagement metrics, community sentiment, and emerging digital trends.
- Escalate complex customer service issues or potential crises to relevant internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- A genuine passion for digital trends, online communities, and brand storytelling.
