Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Munich. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, supporting our diverse international teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator in English, capable of managing various administrative tasks, coordinating office services, and fostering a positive work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and technical setup.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.

Required Skills
