Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for a Nursing Internship program at our state-of-the-art facility in Johannesburg. Key Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses with patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
• Observe and participate in medication administration under direct supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ward rounds and departmental meetings.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited Nursing Diploma or Degree program.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous volunteer or healthcare assistant experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
