Key Responsibilities

• Accurately sort, scan, and load packages onto conveyor belts and into delivery vehicles.
• Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate basic packaging equipment and tools as needed, after training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs (with assistance when needed).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
