Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms for various applications, including information extraction, text classification, sentiment analysis, and machine translation.

• Conduct extensive research and experimentation with new NLP techniques, deep learning architectures, and pre-trained models (e.g., Transformers, BERT, GPT) to improve model performance and robustness.
• Develop robust data pipelines for NLP tasks, including data collection, cleaning, annotation, and feature engineering.
• Evaluate and benchmark NLP models, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to documentation, and maintain best practices for software development and MLOps.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and AI research.

Required Skills

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with various NLP tasks and techniques (e.g., text classification, named entity recognition, topic modeling, neural machine translation).
