Job Description
The Microsoft Explore Internship is an exciting 12-week summer program designed for first-year university students (or second-year students in a 5-year program) from backgrounds currently underrepresented in the technology industry. This unique internship provides a challenging and rewarding experience, allowing participants to explore both program management and software engineering roles. Interns will work on impactful projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and develop essential skills for a career in technology. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and program managers to design, develop, and test features for Microsoft products and services.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project goals and user needs.

Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027.
