This crucial role ensures that key discussions, decisions, and action items from various virtual meetings are accurately captured and documented. You will play a vital part in maintaining clear communication and effective record-keeping across different departments. Key Responsibilities
- Attend virtual meetings across different time zones as required, ensuring accurate real-time capture of discussions.
- Prepare comprehensive, clear, and concise meeting minutes that summarize key points, decisions, and assigned action items.
- Distribute finalized minutes to all relevant stakeholders within specified deadlines.
- Follow up on action items with assigned individuals to ensure progress and completion.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of all meeting documentation, adhering to company confidentiality policies.
