Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Retail Operations Intern to join our team in Milwaukee. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of sports retail, working closely with our marketing and retail operations teams. You will contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing customer experience, optimizing store performance, and supporting marketing initiatives in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of local marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
• Support the retail team in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the Milwaukee area.
• Contribute to content creation for local social media channels and digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and retail operations departments as needed.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong passion for the Nike brand and the sports retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media analytics.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
