Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at Procter & Gamble, you will gain hands-on experience working with world-renowned brands and contribute to real business challenges. This immersive internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders, develop core marketing skills, and understand the complexities of consumer brand management. You will be integrated into a brand team, participating in strategy development, consumer insights analysis, digital marketing initiatives, and campaign execution. This role is designed to provide a foundational understanding of P&G’s marketing principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends and insights.
• Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including social media content, website updates, and analytics tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance) on brand projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product development or marketing initiatives.
• Learn and apply P&G's brand-building frameworks and consumer-centric approach.

Required Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Enthusiasm for consumer brands and understanding consumer behavior.

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, sales, or a related business function.
• Experience with data analysis tools or marketing analytics software.
