Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mississauga, Ontario. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop research methodologies, including questionnaire design, sampling plans, and data collection strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software and advanced analytical techniques.
  • Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations, clearly communicating key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and the continuous improvement of research practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python for data analysis).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with various research methodologies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a global market research agency or a research department of a large corporation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with online survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
