Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Manufacturing Operative to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This entry-level general labor position is crucial to our production process, supporting various stages of manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and be eager to learn and contribute to a high-quality manufacturing environment. You will work closely with production supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate basic manufacturing machinery and equipment under supervision.
  • Load and unload materials and products from production lines.
  • Perform quality checks on finished goods and raw materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies meticulously.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
