Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Manufacturing General Laborer to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor basic manufacturing machinery and equipment as directed.
• Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products onto production lines, pallets, or trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist skilled operators and technicians with setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting of equipment.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment, including labeling and stacking.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and goals.
• Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience (6-12 months) in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a production environment.
• Experience operating hand tools or basic power tools.
