Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment under supervision, following standard operating procedures.
• Perform general clean-up and sanitation duties in production areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing supplies and finished products.
• Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards (e.g., GMPs).
• Support packaging, labeling, and other production line tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and other operational data.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English) to understand instructions and reports.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site for all scheduled shifts.
• Commitment to working safely and following all safety guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous experience (e.g., 3-6 months) in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or similar quality management systems.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
