Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Munich, Germany. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient flow of goods globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics processes, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an English-speaking professional, you will be an integral part of our international team, collaborating with colleagues and clients across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, customs declarations, and other regulatory paperwork.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies, escalating complex problems to management as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in English, providing updates and resolving queries.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
