Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex logistics data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to enhance our global shipping and delivery processes. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics data, including transportation costs, delivery times, and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

- Generate and maintain detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations, presenting findings to management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, as well as external partners to ensure seamless supply chain performance.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Utilize advanced logistics software and tools to manage, track, and optimize shipments across various modes of transport.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for any service failures or operational discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions.
- Participate actively in strategic planning initiatives for future logistics projects and technology implementations.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in logistics management software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, or operations management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related analytical discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
