Job Description
BrightView Landscape Services is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer for our Landscaping & Groundskeeping team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping tasks, ensuring the beautiful and well-maintained appearance of our clients’ properties. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, weeding, edging, raking, and blowing.
- Operate various landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Assist with irrigation system adjustments and basic repairs.
- Load and unload materials, including soil, mulch, and plants.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Support team members in completing larger landscaping projects.
- Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality work and professional conduct.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and plant care.
- Ability to operate common landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with irrigation systems or plant health care.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
