Key Responsibilities
- Clean all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, storerooms, and kitchen floors.
- Assist with the unloading and storage of deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Support kitchen staff by keeping workstations tidy and assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management to ensure smooth operations.
