Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our vibrant culinary team at Radisson Hotel Lagos, Agboju. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and support for our chefs. Key Responsibilities
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware thoroughly and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and organization of stock.
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal according to hotel standards.
- Operate dishwashers and other cleaning machinery safely.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the Head Chef.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
