Job Description
Rotana Hotels is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our culinary team as Kitchen Helpers in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in a professional kitchen, looking to start a career in the hospitality industry. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen operations, supporting our chefs in preparing delicious meals and ensuring high standards of hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and washing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, floors, and food storage areas regularly.
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Dispose of waste and recycling according to established procedures.
